Great location, in the middle of the resort and few meters from the ski slopes. Nice, big rooms. Nice building style.

Swimming pool was closed. Breakfast had limited choice, average quality and many items finished early and were not replaced.

Overall, quite disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again.

The room is nicely designed and the hotel is very near the ski slopes

Very understaffed, hectic and not a relaxing atmosphere at check in which took a long time. Strong second hand smoke and noise on the guest room floors and even in the room, had to change room and ask for new sheets and towels due to tobacco smoke odor. This was apparently due to the presence of local officials who were using rooms to work in before the Olympics. The room itself was decent but very dry and the humidifier didn’t seem to work very well or at all. The swimming pool was closed due to “COVID”, but this felt like an excuse for the hotel to cut costs.

Bedroom was spacious with balcony and nice views. Pool was lovely. Kids loved the robot delivering room service :)

Breakfast not great. Everything was cold and quality of food very poor.
