Terrible horrible hotel. The bedding was so dirty we couldn’t sleep in it. The room stank if stale cigarettes. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night! The breakfast was terrible

We were there with a large group, everything worked wonderfully, very uncomplicated. From parking and check in to cleaning and breakfast, everything was easy and worked. Very helpful staff. Would always book there again 👍

The hotel has good link to the motorway which makes it easy to travel in and out. Plenty of covered parking spaces and secure carpark. The staff in the hotel are very nice and helpful. The room was small, it felt a bit crowded but it was clean and you got everything you need. There is no gel, shampoo nor hairdryer so I’d recommend to bring your own. The room had a major flaw though, the window was not closed properly and you could only open it from the outside (which you don’t have access to, which meant you get all the motorway noise, so if you are a light sleeper you will have a tough time sleeping. The breakfast was a massive letdown, there was only bread, jam and butter, yogurt, cereals and tea/coffee. You will be better off saving the money and venturing into the town centre, which is 10-15 minutes walking from the hotel, and finding a cafe there. Overall, it was a good experience. You get what you pay for.

We arrived, was told only one room booked, my paperwork showed 2 rooms, had to go up and down in the lift 3 times to sort it out - was told hotels.com only paid for one room. Window in one room lock was broken, noise from autobarn was loud! At breakfast two of my group were told that they needed to pay for breakfast. Breakfast was not good at all - no bowls for cereal, had to use a cup, had to wait for cups, glasses etc. also had to wait for food to be replaced, people pushing etc. Not a very good experience.

Greeted by v. Confusing signs in car parking to find lift and access. Friendly and helpful staff in reception; but disconcerting to be handed TV remote with instructions to hand it back when leaving. Room smelled like old person's flat. Large room containing only bed, headboard with lights and self-assembly shelves. Window open, above noisy motorway; required handle from reception to shut, and couldn't be closed to. Noisy road disturbed us. Nicely tiled wet-room, but only cheap shower fitting, installed at height for 5' person only, and hanging off wall; the rose fell off in use. One had the impression that the hotel, built in 2013, had had good ideas but ran out of money, and little done since. The bed was very comfortable.

I applied for refund well in advance through expedia , they told me to wait and they will be back , till now no response on cancellation nor on refund, well i did not travel due to familiy emergencies, would bot recommend, even they did not refund me my breakfast amount charged.

It’s a hotel for travellers, a bit of a walk to the city centre (but worth it). Very difficult to spot the entrance as it is not well sign posted. Also it is in a building which has another hotel that is very well sign posted. So confusion occurred trying to identify if I was at the right place.

the faicllity was not expansive so need to be taken also as a fact so can not expect all but it was not clean , there was no room service done for days , so towels were wet and did not dry as the room was very bad ventilated. not an hotel to take once again. Thank you

Very bad service. As the microwave oven was broken, we asked for hot water available at the reception. On the first day they allowed us to take the hot water. On the second day they informed us that we had to pay for the water. To be precise, the water was free, but they informed that you had to bring your own glass. That means finding an open supermarket late at night. The hotel had disposable paper cups, but they refused to provide them. They said I should get my own cup in another place because if they were to provide the DISPOSABLE PAPER CUP I would have to pay. They didn't say the price and I didn't even ask. Except for the terrible service, the hotel is good, especially if compared to the old Premiere Classe, very common in France (2 floors, external stairs). The Thionville hotel has internal corridors, elevators (reception is on the 6th floor), shower area has a glass door and not those plastic curtains, and the bedroom is a little larger. I believe this hotel was built in 2013. There is covered parking included in the price. We requested, but they did not allow us to use a table in the eating area. They informed us that we could only use it during breakfast.

We found that the room lacked enough ventilation for a good night sleep. The property provides good value for travellers without much luggage.
