We stay a total of 4 nights, , ,the first two were above average. 3.5-4 stars, the room was in a good condition, there were a couple of minor repairs, that if fixed, it will have made it an excellent 4 stars room. We left for a week and returned for our secind two nights, but this time we were given a toom that was at the most a 2.5 start rating. The room was at the most 150 sq ft. We have asked for a triple room, so we got two single beds paired together and a rollaway bed that was very difficult to walk between beds. The bathroom was grossed molded and holes on the walls as if previous fixtures have been removed or exchanged by smaller or different type. The in-room mini bar was inoperable. When I asked the front desk to move to another room do to the room not being what i had expected, i was told that changing rooms was not possible, but that at least the minibar could be exchanged for a working one. But in order to have it exchanged, we must leave the room. We agreed to at least have a working fridge, but the new one was just as old that tooked all night to barely feel slightly cool. The staff offered ice buckets to keep our food and drinks cold, because apparantly, there were no other working fridges. The hotel has a 4 star rating, someone should go back and update their review and recategorized them. You cannot advertise a 4 star hotel when only a few rooms are and the rest are a crapy place Tried uploading pics but the system is not allowing me to post them.

The furniture was old and worn out, some of it in a state of disrepair. Room Furnishings: The furnishings were extremely sparse and there was no decoration, making the room very uncomfortable. Additionally, the mattresses were hard as boards and there were far too few power outlets. Bathroom: The interior bathroom had no ventilation, leading to an unpleasant condition. Service: On the first day, one room was missing towels, and on the second day, the other room had no towels. Additionally, the rooftop terrace was closed, even though we had been looking forward to it. The floor was dirty, and dust bunnies were dancing behind the door. On the balcony of one of the rooms, there were still empty beer bottles from the previous guests. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning was extremely annoying as it had to be reset every time we left the room. Breakfast Reservation: Even though we had paid for breakfast in advance, our reservation was missing. This led to unnecessary discussions at check-in, which the incompetent staff member could not resolve. All in all, this hotel was not a good choice. We have been to Milan many times, but we certainly will not book this hotel again.

Bathroom shower in "deluxe" room probably had sliding door, which was lately replaced by $5 plastic curtain. Plumbing itself can be hear thru the drain - not the most pleasant sounds one wants to hear when sleeping. The TV has Italian language channels only, and out of 200+ channels listed, less than half of them were available.

If the only thing is business then I would not even rethink to book but unfortunately this hotel is like in middle of no where. Nothing is around. Even the taxi takes 20-25 to go to center.

Hotel is in a very industrial area, behind a gas station. My car hood was dented in the parking garage and the beds are awful. My back hurt for 2 days.

The overall experience was very disappointing. Arriving in the room was greeted with not working air conditioning, after reporting the issue it was fixed few hours later. The room was in a bad condition with part of a mirror looking like its about to fall off. The request for a bath was not granted and only received a shower despite writing the request. The location is very bad far away from the train station around 45 min walk. If you decide to take a taxi to get there you might end up paying upwards of 20 euro. The restaurant menu was very disappointing consisted of just 4 main meals some of which wasn't even served when asked for. The breakfast was very bad, most of the things looked dried up and out of date. At night the main street was filled with prostitutes, would not recommend going to this hotel.
