The customer service was honestly top-tier — easily a 10/10. The staff were professional, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. I didn’t experience any issues during my stay, and overall I was very happy with how well we were treated.
The only issue I had was that the toilet flush didn’t work immediately after use and needed some time before it would flush again. I think this may need to be fixed in the specific room I stayed in. Also, the hotel isn’t located in town, but they do provide a shuttle bus every 30 minutes. Just note that you need to book the shuttle at reception in advance.

The rooms are great and the overall service was good. Since i was there during an Expo the breakfast room was crowded and the staff was a little overwhelmed but all in all the options were good. The location isn't really anywhere central but manageable.
Nothing really, apart from the location. The hotel is ok for the purpose. It's not a luxury location.
