Only thing that was good was that the staff was friendly.

Old man at the reception was friendly and helpful but he doesnt speak English.

We heard noise from outside, even people climbing stairs was so loud from inside. Water was leaking in the bathroom from the windows. Room temperature was not in our control. AC was turned off during the night. Stay was not worth the money paid.

Parking. Friendly receptionist. Good water pressure in the shower.

The AC cannot be turned on/off form the room, you need to ask the receptionist to adjust the temperature. And they turned it off completely during night. cockroaches detected in one room. No tea kettle or fridge in the room.

Annoying and frustrating stay

Stay at this hotel just gave frustration and disappointment.

After check-in, we parked the car and took public transport to go out. When we came back, the entrance gate was locked from the inside and there was no other way in. No one answered our calls or opened the door. We were stuck outside in the dark, frustrated. Earlier, we also had an issue with the door not locking and tried knocking on the staff door—but no one responded. For the money we paid during a busy season, it was worth it at all.

Great experience overall 🌟

I loved the room and we didn't have any kind of limit of hour to arrive (we even arrived passed midnight one day without any problem). In addition, the hotel staff was magnificent, the room was cleaner than my own house, and the bathroom was as clean as the room and had some shampoos and other details for free ❤️ (imho it should have at least 3 stars and it has one).

Some comments talked about the tram making too much noise, my room had the window facing directly to the tram, and we only noticed the vibrations of it. nothing important, we could even dream nicely without any problem (for your interest, tram service stops at 2:00, and from 00 to 02 it only passes from 30m to 30m).

Great value for the money and good location

The prices were good, the location was easy to find and also easy to reach the center from it. The staff were helpful and tried to make you feel welcomed and fulfill your requests.

(It's not a general feedback but a suggestion to the property) I only stayed one night and the heater was working great, however at night it was shut down on its own and I couldn't find the remote control to open it again. I would suggest that every room should have the AC remote control available without request. Maybe it was an individual case or maybe it's not.

Room was spacious and clean.

The air conditioning was controlled from the reception. I had to wake up during the night to ask the receptionist to switch it off. The worst part was the noise. Right next to the tram line and the windows were poor quality. We couldn't sleep at all.

Private bathrooms, clean rooms, and you can reach the center easily from there.

The air conditioning is so bad, controlled from the reception, it's either so cold in one room and hot in another. and turns off automatically at 3 am so I have to go for the reception who treats you bad as for sure you have to wake him up to turn on the air conditioning and blames it on the system of the central air conditioning, not welcoming. And if you want to open the windows, you are next to the line of tram and it will be so noisy. So as a place you want to sleep in, it was not a good experience to me at all. Not comfy place.

Pleasant stay

Very friendly owner. Clean and nice. A bit far from center, but just across the hotel is bus station for the line that go to the city center. We were by car, so we were looking for hotel that is away from center in because of parking, but jet, to be well connected with it. So, for us location was just perfect.
