Staff were extremely helpful and polite Restaurant food including breakfast was nice
The only thing which let it down was bathroom which did not have a proper shower and the tub left no space for standing at the sink

Nice hotel, with excellent service, but avoid the restaurant, by all means. It took more than 3 hours to have dinner and food was just ok. Also , it was the most expensive meal we had in Samrkande by far.

This is a good hotel in an excellent location, and the staff is helpful. But it is overpriced compared to similar hotels in Uzbekistan.

Clean, spacious and beautiful rooms. I believe the hotel was just newly renovated. Excellent service staff. Friendly and helpful. Very accommodative.
