Small clean room, good location. There are 2x M's hotel,

Staff were accommodating and friendly. Replied fast and was clear with instructions. Room was clean. There is a washing machine / dryer and water dispenser on the first floor if needed. Close to kyoto station 10mins walk. Will definitely come back again.
