I was looking for an interesting place to stay in the Capitol neighborhood and Patterson Inn was definitely that. The inn itself (historic mansion), the room (absolutely charming), staff (owner is very knowledgeable about local things and happy to share) were perfect. The breakfasts were a highlight though. Delicious, gorgeous breakfast custom made to accommodate food allergies set me up for my day. The neighborhood is great, the place is great, maybe give it a try.

This small Boutique Hotel close to the Capitol in Denver was wonderful. Very clean, wonderful staff all very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast which was included was made fresh each day and delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The purveyor of this establishment, Chris, (whose corporeality is suspect…) is certainly a “character.” My partner and I booked this place on a whim and didn’t even know we were essentially stepping into Luigi’s Mansion. Chris is an adept entertainer, chef, and barista. We made sure to make our reservations each morning just so we could have a real giggle and spend some quality time with the insanely gorgeous architectural details. We WILL be back!
