Very comfortable location for family and groups in a relatively quite area close to the city centre. The house has a nice patio with sea-view to spend your evenings, a kitchen with all the basic amenities and spacious rooms with aircondition. The host is very welcoming and always available for helping you to enjoy your staying! Highly recommended

The beach close to the house is not the most spectacular in the area and the best time to enjoy it is in the morning. To move around you need a car.

The place is wonderful and the host is a person with warm heart who is always there to help the guests. I recommend this place because it is very beautiful and you will fill the greek culture while having intersting talks with the host.

The house is nicely located in the quieter side of Nikiti, close to the less populated beaches. The house also has a very beautiful garden in which you can spend the evenings. Aris was welcoming and kind and only charged us 30% of the total reservation amount when we stayed only 1/15 nights, even though by Greek law we should have paid 50%.

There was a little bit of a smell in the room. I realized after that it was coming from the bathroom, which had a fold-able door, nor a proper door, and as such didn't properly isolate the bathroom and its smell. My wife, being pregnant and with e heightened sense of smell, couldn't stand going into the bathroom, so we had to check out after the first night. Honestly though, it was pretty off-putting for me as well, and I am more thick-skinned and don't usually have issues with smells.
