Villa Neli

The villa is with excellent location, garden, facilities and 4 bedrooms. You have everything for you need and even spare towels for the beach as well as dedicated umbrella with 4 beds on the beach.

In the smaller upstairs bedroom and in the two downstairs bedroom the ventilation is hard as no windows to open. The other small problem is that the downstairs toilet is for peeing only all other things in the villa are perfectly fine.

The villa is equipped with everything necessary to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The garden is spacious and lush, complementing the outdoor seating areas and creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The beach is literally right in front of the villa, with an umbrella and sun loungers available for use.

Our stay at Villa Neli in Neos Marmaras was absolutely delightful. The location is charming and peaceful, the villa itself was beautifully maintained, and the staff/host were friendly and attentive. Everything we needed was provided and we especially enjoyed the serene surroundings and the comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed retreat. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

A couple of minor points that could improve the experience even further: The landscape lighting wasn’t functional during our stay. This however didn’t impact our enjoyment much, but having it working would make the outdoor areas even more inviting in the evening. The dining table’s paint tended to leave marks on items when used without a tablecloth. It wasn’t a deal-breaker whatsoever, but refinishing the surface might help preserve both the table and guests.

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Η παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 30 μέτρων. Το σπίτι έχει μεγάλη αυλή με πανέμορφο κήπο (εξαιρετικά φροντισμένο) και καλύπτει μεγάλα γκρουπ. Ο κύριος που μας άνοιξε ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει για ότι ζητήσαμε.

Επισκεφθήκαμε την villa Nelli τέλος Ιουνίου ένα γκρουπ 8 ατόμων. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν δύσκολη καθώς τα μηνύματα που λαμβάναμε ήταν σε άλλη γλώσσα (ρωσικά ή βουλγαρικά) και η μετάφραση του Google ήταν ανεπαρκής για να μπορέσουμε να συνεννοηθούμε. Αρχικά, δεν αναφέρεται πουθενά ότι όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι σε όροφο. Δύο στον πρώτο όροφο και δύο στο υπόγειο. Στη δική μας περίπτωση που είχαμε και ένα ηλικιωμένο άτομο μαζί μας, δεν μπορούσε να έχει πρόσβαση λόγω των απότομων σκαλοπατιών με αποτέλεσμα να κοιμηθεί στον καναπέ. Το πιο σημαντικό όμως ήταν η καθαριότητα. Το σπίτι είναι υπέροχο αλλά δεν υπάρχει φροντίδα. Τα υπνοδωμάτια που βρίσκονται στο υπόγειο, μυρίζαν μούχλα και πετρέλαιο από τον λέβητα που είναι στον ίδιο χώρο. Το ίδιο και το μπάνιο που είναι στο υπόγειο. Υπήρχαν αφυγραντήρες σε κάθε δωμάτιο που γέμιζαν σε λιγότερο από ένα 24ωρο. Η υγρασία είναι τόσο μεγάλη που βρήκαμε 2 φορές κατσαρίδες, τη μία φορά πάνω στο κρεβάτι. Επίσης, και τα δύο μπάνια πλημμύριζαν όταν έκανες μπάνιο. Γενικά η διαμονή μας δεν ήταν ευχάριστη, ειδικά για τα άτομα που κοιμήθηκαν στο υπόγειο. Τέλος το μπάνιο που βρίσκεται στο υπόγειο είναι μόνο για ντους και για το νούμερο 1. Απαγορεύεται το νούμερο 2. Τέλος δεν υπήρχε επάρκεια σε πετσέτες μπάνιου, ενώ υπήρχαν αρκετές για την παραλία.
