Convenient, easy access for business traveler. impeccable, attentive staff. excellent value, will return always

We stayed a total of 12 nights (two separate stays) at MX Grand Suites. Javier received us when we first arrived. He was warm and helpful, even writing down names of nearby restaurants for us to visit. The other staff were also kind and always ready to assist. The pros: 1) Helpful and friendly staff, especially Javier 2) Security — someone is always at reception. If the receptionist steps away, the door is locked, but they’re never far and will promptly let you in. 3) Spacious, well-equipped room: Fully functioning kitchen with hob, microwave, toaster, necessary dishes + cutlery and large fridge (you can request a kettle) Comfortable dining table to eat or work. A long desk with office chair and drawers — great for working and organizing during a long stay. Lovely balcony (especially in back-facing rooms) with a table and 2 chairs — perfect for relaxing or having a smoke Good-sized wardrobe for hanging clothes and organizing clean/used garments Large, comfortable bed 4) Daily housekeeping — dishes washed, fresh towels, bed made The less than perfect but not big issues 1) A splash guard or water seal strip on the shower door would help keep the bathroom floor dry. 2) I would prefer to have bedroom slippers as a standard. For our first stay, we were told that it is not included in our package and have to request for them. I offered to pay for 2 pairs, but we were provided them for free, which we appreciated. On our second stay, the slippers were provided. 3) It would be nice to have the floors cleaned. I notice that shoes are worn into the room and even into the bathroom. I understand it is a standard practice in Mexico. Since as Asians we are used to either not wearing shoes into our homes/ rooms or wearing bedroom slippers, I would be most happy to see housekeeping sometimes cleaning the floor or providing bedroom slippers as a standard. Overall, the spacious room, functional layout and amenities, with the kind and helpful service made the price paid well worth it and the stay thoroughly pleasant.

If you're looking for luxury in a more discreet and serene setting, this hotel near Reforma Avenue is the perfect choice. The location is absolutely privileged, with easy access to everything Mexico City has to offer, yet tucked away just enough for peace and quiet. The service was exceptional—every detail was attended to with care, making the stay truly special. The staff are beyond amazing, always friendly, professional, and eager to assist. If you want a luxurious experience without the flashiness, but with impeccable service, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
