the place was nice and laid back and friendly staff. I felt like at home. very clean and they go out their way to help you with travel or shopping related matters. Easy to get too by direct bus from both airports and near to BTS and MRTA stations and main Bangkok bus station. They provide food or you can cook yourself.

The placeis cosy and entertaining in spite of the difficult time now. Very flexible can cater food help arrange visas travel info etc. Will stay there again next visit.

Nice no frills but comfortable guesthouse that has businesses center and library and very helpful. Easy to get by bus or train.
