    Cheap hotel for groups travelling together. Near the train station

    No photos as no point. Unless u have really tight budget of less than USD 20 per nite. No toiletries ; bring own toothbrush set. Bring own shampoo and soap No kettle, no fridge , no TV. It's literally more like dormitory more than hotel. Location is near Mo Chit BTS. Except for one 7-11.. The rest are very local stalls if you do not mind street food. Near a Muay Thai sch. Very Very basic. Bed is literally old and thin. Nothing much to talk about.

    I booked this place as a base for our last day in Bangkok before our flight. Did not expect luxury at all - just wanted a clean and reasonably priced place to relax in. We were arriving at 8 in the morning and leaving at 8 in the evening and had to book two days, instead of adding to a one day rate for early check in. Didn't love it - but accepted it and understood their position. Fair enough. We arrive and the room has a terrible musty smell. And the free wifi that was a non negotiable in choosing the location was not strong enough in the room. The room was clean, the bed linen looked fine and the towels were clean. However, the paint was old and dirty, there was mold in the cracks of tiles in the shower and it didn't have a pleasant feel to be in at all. Also the locks on the rooms didnt feel substantial, which also wasn't a nice feeling. We didnt stay in the room very much and when my son wanted to relax he basically stayed in the front hall of the hotel so he could have wifi. On the plus side: The woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely and the entrance lobby had good AC and smelled fine. I really didnt mind that it was a basic hotel and I appreciated that staff were doing their job and keeping it clean on a daily basis. I minded that the room that I was in was not maintained at a reasonable level and did not feel pleasant to be in.
