    Travel in small groups, they have three bedrooms and location pretty good too. Value for money is good

    Do not stay here if you value your belongings or your patience. The level of incompetence at this hotel is actually mind-boggling. ​I accidentally left a small magnifying mirror stuck to the bathroom mirror when checking out. I called a few hours later, and the lady at the front desk told me to wait while she checked. She updated and explicitly told me they found and had it. Great! I told her I was booking a Grab driver to come pick it up, and she agreed. ​When the driver arrived at the hotel, they messaged me to say housekeeping actually threw it away because they "thought it was trash." It was a perfectly good, functional mirror suctioned to the bathroom glass. In what universe is that garbage? Does their housekeeping staff have absolutely zero common sense? ​I called back immediately and a guy answered this time. He just said, "Sorry, we don't have it." No explanation for why they let me book a driver. No reason for why the lady said something different. No offer to reimburse me for destroying my property. Just a careless, empty apology. ​They did pay the Grab driver for wasting his time, but that’s the absolute bare minimum. The communication is a complete joke, the staff is totally careless, and if you leave anything behind, they will literally throw it in the garbage, lie to you about having it, and act like it’s no big deal. Book anywhere else if communication is important to you.
