    The hotel is clean and spacious for 3 pax. Loved it that I have my own little space and a proper bed, rather than a makeshift bed.

    I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

    Really satisfy with this hotel!! Such new building, very clean, complete facilities and near to Pratunam Market that we much needed. Thank you for the hospitality

    The staff were very friendly and polite throughout our stay. They provided bottled water to us without any hassle whenever we asked at the front counter. Unfortunately, the room maintenance was extremely disappointing: - The plumbing in the bathroom is very poor. The toilet could only flush once, and then took a very long time to refill before it could be flushed again. We reported this to the staff on our first day, but even after they attempted to fix it, the problem remained the same. - The pipes and water flow made extremely loud noises that could be heard continuously throughout the entire night, making it difficult to sleep. - The hairdryer provided in the room was cracked and sticked together with transparent tape. This is a severe safety hazard, especially for an electrical appliance used around water. Furthermore, it overheated and shut off after less than 10 minutes of use, and need to wait for it to cool down before using it again. Overall, a newly built hotel should have much better facility maintenance. I hope the management can fix these problems to boost customer satisfaction in the future.
