I was genuinely positively surprised by my experience at this hotel. After missing my flight, I had to book a room at the last minute and arrived for check-in outside the normal hours. Even so, I was welcomed by a very attentive, friendly, and good-humored receptionist named Alexander Schneider, who made me feel comfortable immediately.
The room exceeded my expectations — it was extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere of the hotel was elegant and relaxing, and everything made my unexpected stay much more pleasant.
Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice stay, room was spacious, stylish and clean and the staff very friendly. No breakfast at hotel, but the restaurant just next door offers a buffet breakfast for affordable price. Air-conditioning keeps rooms cool
Location near the main railwaystation has it's ups and downs, local transport (U-/S-/Strassenbahn) is right there and to Marienplatz is just 10' walk.
