    Had a comfortable stay at THE FLAG Shinsaibashi. The room was clean and modern, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient for shopping, food, and exploring Osaka. Would recommend!

    The hotel reception speaks good english so it's a plus. Hotel is near many restaurants and near to subway. Housekeeping varies on different days, sometimes clean sometimes doesnt clean well
