It was very good hotel, very friendly staff and reception, loved the vending and ice machines at my floor, surprisingly very near to most famous places like Dotobori, Shinsaibashisuji shopping street and etc, overall recommend it as a solo traveler💖

The hotel is located literally beside Nagahoribashi Station (4stops from Tengachaya —from KIX Airport). The hotel is clean, people are friendly and accommodating esp the Filipino people. What I do appreciate more is the good communication skills, people whom I suppose are locals are good in english. Hence, every transactions and inquiries went smoothly. I also like to add that the breakfast buffet is delicious and there are variety of meals. I believe whether you traveling solo, with small group or family with children, this is the best place. I’ll come back, definitely.

Outdated hotel AC is dirty even though they said they cleaned it srill gave out a lot of dirt which triggered my allergies. The staff is accomodating and moved me to another room but somehow it still feels something is off on the air. You can only control AC with wind blown but not the temp. 1 Light switch to control all lights in the room so your option ia only lights on or lights off. Inconsistent in rooms blackout curtains. My 1st one is good the 2nd room no - the sunshine is visible. I had non smoking room but i still smell smoke. The way they arrange the roon makes it more cramped leaving less space to move.
