Room cleaning isn’t up to expectations. Despite asking for sheet change they did not.
Used the concierge for booking airport pick up, drop off and city tour. Extremely difficult to work with as it took 3-4 attempts to get a response each time. Once there, staff is very nice but for the amount they charge it is not worth it.
