Wyndham Grand Udaipur Palace Pure Vegetarian Hotel

this is the best hotel i have stayed in Rajasthan , the place is amazing with the best views , hotel staff was super kind and polite. the services are top notch. absolutely nothing to complain.

It was a great location and a very well kept hotel

Check-in was made complicated because my American Express card was required for a physical confirmation and I was sent numerous emails that my reservation was no longer guaranteed. Despite the fact that was no longer guaranteed, I cannot cancel it and choose a different hotel. Therefore, I didn’t know whether I was gonna get a hotel room or not when I arrived and had to call and chase them up to respond to my messages. Then, when arriving at the property, it took 15 minutes to check in. This is a record for us in India. Then we arrived at 6:30 in the evening and by the time I made it to the pool we were kicked off our sunbeds at 7pm. That said the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly
