    Great location with nice views overlooking a lake. Good selection of food at breakfast with local and continental. food available. Rooms are spacious and clean and staff are helpful and friendly.

    First things first, if you’re looking for a pool then look away as it has everything else but that. It does make up for that in all of the departments : staff courtesy, sumptuous breakfast, great dining options with different cuisines. Would have loved to have more italian / greek but can’t complain with the quality already on offer. The place has that grandeur of royal palace that would make you wanna stay at the place and explore. Their spa’s services were excellent, too. All in all, I would recommend you to overlook the pool aspect in favour of a more royal experience the property provides.

    "Extremely disappointing experience. For a 5-star heritage property, both the staff and the dining fell terribly short. The staff service was by far the worst I have ever encountered—unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacking basic hospitality. To make matters worse, the buffet was very poor with hardly anything worth eating, completely failing to meet 5-star standards. Truly ruined the stay, and I would not recommend it."

    Sound travels between wall and roof. You can clearly hear people from other room. Our neighbours we bit extra loud and we cannot sleep.
