    Hotel was good but female conceirge staff that checkin on the 1st night demand upfront payment in advance despite making 22k already prior to my stay that didn't sit right with me . The north eastern staff at spa reception had slight difficulty in understanding plus felt a little rude for managing people. Food good and amenities too but female staff needs training especially the ones who work at desk on how to interact with guests and treat them . Overall since the hotel is new they have opened gates to anyone and everyone that includes people coming for conferences and stay both which doesn't sit right with decorum expected at a five star . I saw people stuffing fruits and food in boxes from buffet which felt appaulling to me .
