I am a Canadian that travelled to Udaipur.
We were staying on the 8th floor.
The night before check-out there was a corporate party on the 9th floor. Loud music until 11pm. We had to wake up at 4am to checkout and head back to Vadodara at 5PM. Night manager was very rude and talking back to my wife. The service was very unsatisfactory. I had been travelling for 2 months going to Russia, Vietnam and India. I've stayed in many hotels over the years and never had a problem like this. I've never seen any hotel having a banquet hall on the 9th floor when there are rooms on the 8th floor. Banquet halls are usually on the main ground floor below the rooms. Also there was a bad smell coming from the shower and sink water.
