    Very aesthetic hotel for value- second floor common area with free snacks 24/7, open garden space, free laundry, great AC. Would absolutely stay again.

    The staff were very accommodating from the pre-travel arrangements all the way through our arrival and departure. Upon arrival, you can already tell that your stay will be amazing and smooth. The place is neat, clean, and cozy, and I felt very safe because the new building requires an access card to enter the rooms. They also provide a welcome gift, a free-flow mini bar with drinks and snacks, housekeeping, and luggage storage both upon arrival and departure. They even offer free use of the laundry facilities, including soap, and you can also iron your clothes. There are also cute little activities at the reception area. You can send a postcard to someone back home or anywhere around the world for free! They also post food delivery recommendations, especially for popular restaurants that are a bit far or usually have long lines, which is very helpful because you don’t have to wake up early just to queue. The location is excellent—near Ximending’s food street and just a few steps away from FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and Starbucks. They also have their own café. Ximen Station is quite nearby, making it very convenient to get to the airport and other stations and districts around Taipei. Carrefour, Michelin Guide restaurants, cafés, and milk tea shops are also within easy reach. Overall, this hotel is worth every penny! From the staff and service to the cleanliness, amenities, location, and little thoughtful touches, everything made our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

    Very dusty, informed staff and said will clean in 1 hour but end up still the same! The hotel was good in past visit but not this round, don’t think will come back again.
