    The room has a defect with the light switch. Cannot control which light to turn off, and only the main switch is working.

    Exceptional Hospitality from Vicky and the Pendas Team Our repeated stays at the hotel are made truly special by the outstanding service from key team members. * Vicky (Bellman): Vicky consistently goes above and beyond with his warm, cheerful personality. He immediately recognizes us as returning guests and greets us with a genuine smile that makes us feel right at home. His helpfulness and infectious positive energy are a huge reason we love returning. * Lily, Farah, and Alif (Pendas Restaurant): The service at Pendas Restaurant is consistently top-notch. Lily, Farah, and Alif always take great care of us, providing attentive and wonderful service every time we dine. Area for Improvement * Front Desk Recognition: Despite being frequent guests since the hotel first opened, the front desk team still does not recognize us or have a system in place to track guest history. It is disappointing to feel like first-time visitors at check-in every trip, especially when frontline staff like Vicky and the restaurant team remember us so well. We hope management implements a better guest profile system at the front desk to match the personal, welcoming standard set by Vicky, Lily, Farah, and Alif.
