    The hotel feels very tired overall, although the pool area is definitely the nicest part of the property. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. Breakfast was poor — flies all over the fruit, very limited choice, and lukewarm tea. The hotel did give us breakfast for free as I had believed it was included, which I appreciated, but the quality still needs major improvement. I booked a garden‑view bungalow, but the room we were given faced the back of a block with other rooms overlooking us. Only after showing my booking confirmation were we moved to the correct room. Room amenities were minimal, with only one towel per person and no hand towel or face cloth. Service was also lacking, as many staff members simply ignored us. The hotel has potential, especially with its pool area, but it needs significant improvements in cleanliness, service, and room allocation accuracy.

    Hotel is far away from main area atleast 20 min walking from the pier hotel is good rooms are clean and big size breakfast option is normal not very tasty price is little high as per resort but one think is good that is beach are direct access from hotel other wise it is ok for 1 night stay

    Location of Resort is good but room given to us was not good, no phone service ,room service available,extended one more day but second day no cleaning service done , horrible stay
