We were initially given Rm 107 and it was simply not livable— dusty, moldy walls, termite-infested bed-frame, ceiling with holes, AC not working and it smelled bad (paint and dust and unclean scent), one can hardly breathe. Why would the owner rent it out at such a state is beyond us. We asked to be moved to another room, and we were given 101. It was smaller, the 3 of us had to cramp in one bed, but it was better—cleaner and looks more presentable, no moldy walls, AC was working, etc—but the smell of paint (or whatever) was nauseating. On the second day, the staff kindly offered to move us to a room upstairs. Upon seeing it, it much bigger and nicer and cleaner room, which made me think why we were not out there to begin with last night upon checking in. Because the first room was so bad, we scrambled to find another accommodation and we found one. Despite reserving for 3 nights, we left after one night. It was a disaster! But I should note that the two staff were friendly and nice; they tried hard to help us out.
