Bồn cầu thoát ko tốt lắm, hồi nước yếu, toilet phòng mình hơi nhỏ. Chắc zị nên mới rẻ hơn phòng khác

The Hotel is in a quiet area and it is very peaceful, The beds weren't the rock hard, typical Viet style beds, innerspung mattresses, firm but very comfortable. The Hotel is exceptionally clean and very new, so IMHO, very good value. One very positive point I must make is that it is the first hotel in Vietnam, after 20 years of travelling here, and staying in many various places, that do not have super slippery tiles in the shower areas. As in the hotel photos, the floors are a woodgrain pattern floor and extremely safe, and give the bathroom a warm and an almost scandinavian appeal. Restaurants, coffee shops, an ice cream parlour and even a beer garden, are all within 200 metres of the hotel. The welcoming staff at reception also need a mention. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all booking requests were handled in a friendly and professional manner. Scooters can be hired at reception for 200,000 vnd per day if required. I would definitely stay here again when next on Phu Quoc Island.

ужасный персонал! администраторы не могут решить никакие проблемы, полностью игнорируют. в номере было много сломанных предметов и ужасно грязно, вплоть до мертвых тараканов. в ванной на потолке плесень.
