We booked a 3 bedroom with Fireworks views in The Sea building. When we arrived we were taken to the Sky building instead and told that what was best for us was a 2 bedroom if we wanted a view because the 3 bedroom didn't have a view. We intentional booked the 3 bedroom as we are a couple travelling with 2 kids and my mother. We agreed to the smaller 2 bedroom as we wanted fireworks views. The view was the only redeeming thing about the room. We were able to view the fireworks from the room. There was also a beautiful rooftop pool that we had access to but didn't utilise. The room was missing basic things like shampoo and washing powder. When we asked for them we didn't receive them until the following day. When we were asking when they would come we received messages saying they would come by later, as the evening went on they sent a message that they don't work after 7pm. The property manager also promised that we would be reimbursed for switching to the smaller room but when it came to the amount only wanted to give 2/3 of the difference rather than the full amount that was owed. Another issue was the apartment was not the cleanest. There were ants on the balcony. Under the beds and couches looked like they had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Overall great views but poor communication and poor cleanliness.

The staff were rude, the number they provided in Agoda does not have WhatsApp, they kept me waiting until the check in time where other operators provide rooms ahead of time, had to reach out to Agoda support to fetch the contact, very irritating
