    We have been visiting Hotel J Negombo since its pre-opening days, and it continues to be one of our favorite places to stay in Negombo. This year was already our second visit, and we are so happy to say that the experience keeps getting better every time. In fact, we loved it so much that we are already planning to return again on the 5th of June! One of the main reasons we keep coming back is the amazing hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Roger, Kalana, and Nisansala for always making us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care truly made our stay extra special. It’s rare to find a team that consistently goes above and beyond for guests. The hotel has a great atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, and a perfect location to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. Every visit brings beautiful memories, and Hotel J Negombo feels like a second home to us now. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and welcoming stay in Negombo. Looking forward to many more visits in the future!

    We had such a wonderful stay at J Negombo with our group of friends! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade for all 3 of our rooms, which made our trip even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made a big difference in our experience. Thank you to the whole team at J Negombo for making our stay memorable. We would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Negombo!

    The location is great, just beside the beach. The room is also good but while checking in we had to carry our luggage with us to our room which was not easy. The breakfast menu was great but we had to wait 45 minutes or more for the breakfast to arrive. On top of that though we had ordered one thing we were served with other items. already we informed and they changed it but again it was not the menu we ordered. Not informed again as it was too late already and we had to go to another place. These little things should be improved.
