Very nice place. Traveling with 2 teen kids. Big comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, also to do activities (TukTuk tour, boot tour on the lagoon highly recommended). Was a great first stay in our tour through Sri Lanka.

Staff was great... basic accommodation close to Negombo beach with a nice pool. Nothing fancy but good basic facilities

The two bedroomed apartment was spacious and ideal for our family of four. We arrived from the airport late and had to call a number for someone to give us our keys but he was there within 5 mins. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed a morning swim before departing on our travels. Would recommend.
