    It's a nice, clean and simple room. Everything is great for the room, however we couldn't sleep week there are someone banging the door next room in the midnight of the night. Sound resistance is bad and we could hear constantly someone talking outside early in the morning that is pretty noisy. The staff and the restaurant beach side view is beautiful.

    Amazing value for money! Great location with lots of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. Right next to the beach with amazing views from the hotel lobby. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This place is part of the Hotel J Negombo and you can use their facilities complementary. This includes a pool, rooftop bar and breakfast room. You are staying in the back rooms of the hotel but for me that is no issue as a solo backpacker. If you’re starting or ending your Sri Lanka trip here I would definitely recommend this amazing hotel option.
