Adina Apartment Hotel Nuremberg

Dear Adina Apartment Hotel Management Team, I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction and disappointment with my recent stay at Adina Apartment Hotel. I stayed at your hotel for five days. This was not my first time staying at Adina, and it was not a short one-night stay. Therefore, I expected at least a basic level of professional, polite, and respectful service, especially from a hotel with an international brand like Adina. Unfortunately, what happened on my check-out day was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. First of all, the check-in and check-out times are already not very guest-friendly: check-in is only from 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM. However, what upset me the most was that at around 10:00 AM, while I was still in the bathroom, a hotel staff member knocked on my door and asked when I would leave because they wanted to clean the room immediately. I would like to emphasize that it was still before the official check-out time. A guest should not be disturbed, questioned, or made to feel pressured to leave the room before the official check-out time. I found this extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. It made me feel as if I was being pushed out of the room. Even worse, I was in the bathroom at that moment. I had to take my phone and message someone outside to understand what the hotel staff was saying and what they wanted from me. No guest should be put in such an uncomfortable and inappropriate situation, especially during a private moment and before the official check-out time. After being asked when I would leave, I felt rushed, stressed, and pressured to pack my belongings as quickly as possible so that the staff could clean the room. As a result, I was not able to pack my luggage calmly and properly as I normally would. Because of this pressure, my belongings became completely disorganized. Instead of packing everything neatly into one checked suitcase as originally planned, I had to quickly put things into different bags in a messy way. Even now, I do not know exactly where some of my belongings are. One checked suitcase that should have been properly packed turned into three large bags simply because I was made to feel rushed and uncomfortable before the official check-out time. In addition to being pressured before check-out time, I also had to deal with a large amount of heavy luggage and several heavy boxes by myself. After staying for five days, it is completely normal for a guest to have many belongings. Many staff members clearly saw that I had heavy luggage, but nobody came forward to ask whether I needed help. Nobody asked if the bags were too heavy. Nobody offered any assistance. Everyone saw it and simply ignored it. Instead of helping me, the staff only gave me a card and told me to go downstairs by myself to look for a luggage trolley. I went downstairs and walked around trying to find one, but there was no trolley there. I then had to come back up to the lobby. Only after that did the staff say they would look for a trolley for me. When the trolley was finally found, it was simply pushed toward me and I was told, “This is your trolley.” I was honestly shocked. I have stayed in many large hotels before, and I have never had to look for a luggage trolley myself, push it up to my room, lift heavy boxes onto it by myself, and then push everything down to the lobby for check-out. If this had been a small hotel, I could understand having to handle more things by myself. But at a large hotel like Adina, leaving a guest who stayed for five days to manage heavy luggage alone, find a trolley alone, bring it to the room alone, load heavy items alone, and push everything down alone is very poor service. This is not the standard I would expect from an international hotel. I have stayed at Adina several times before, but this experience was a major disappointment. Rate on a bit higher side may be due to exhibition, rest all was perfect Great Breakfast

Good location close to main points of interests. Seems like thermostat in room could not adjust temperature to desired level and telephone to reception not working....but overall reasonably good hotel
