    The hotel is very conveniently located for tourists who want to be near the subway, restaurants, convenience stores, Tanukikoji shopping street, malls and the Sapporo TV tower. All of those places are very walkable, within 11 min max (TV tower is the farthest). It is also extremely convenient for those who like host/hostess bars if you catch my drift. It is very possible not to see those kinds of bars if you always walk to the left once you exit the hotel. If you go right, you have been warned. That being said, despite the butts in the windows (I mean that literally) the area actually is clean and feels safe. Pretty sure this can only be true in Japan. Had my teens with me and had a laugh at the butts and the themes of the bars. The hotel only cleans the rooms on the third day, which is also when they replenish the water. They will however give you fresh towels and pick up used towels and trash you leave outside your door daily. It's a bit strange but it's ok. We ended up with like 6 sets of clean towels by the end of our stay cause we dont need fresh towels every day. A very convenient, affordable place to stay.

    stayed here for 1 night. Room was of a very good size and comfortable. Location is great too - just opposite the hosui susukino station, and easily accessible to city center / shopping. A fuss-free and value-for money accommodation.

    大浴場が狭く、夜間帯はゆっくり入浴できなかった。部屋の電球が入っていた箱にホコリが溜まっていた。外国人客のマナーが悪く、不愉快だった。全体的に4つ星と聞いていたので期待したが、残念に感じた。
