    Nearby train station and locate quite near centre location. Apparently the room clean service was provided but only clean every 3night stays… room wise is standard size and no complaints. Bed was hard and pillow as well. Everyday need to collect your own water from front desk. For the price and the location no other complaints

    Check In, Concierge and Bar all at one counter. No one was there to actually tell you how to go about to check in. Staff did not explain nor was it stated anywhere in the room that water has to be collected at the multi purpose counter capped at 2 bottles per day. A notice was given to us after check in informing us that the room will only be cleaned every 3 days with the dates stated clearly when they will clean the room. Room was on DND but somehow they entered to make the bed (not on the stipulated date) and the used bed sheet was just left on the floor by the door in the room. Bed was not pushed back to its original location. Overall location is good but some of their staff attitude can be quite appalling. They cannot or won’t speak English (Non Japanese staff) and displayed 0 initiatives to even try despite us trying to use google translate.
