Room was okay, as expected. Staff could be a bit more accommodating, some staff members spoke little Malay/English and came off as rude. Do not plan to rely on the hotel's wifi. The wifi did not work for most sites and was extremely slow in the case that it did. Area is really good, convenient to most places.

Small room if u need simple shower n bed only. But ok for us for quick stay.

Got charged $70 at check-in for some property insurance, wich i wasn't aware of and only got $20 back at check out. And no hot water.
