    The family fourth room that we booked was significantly smaller than we expected after viewing the photos provided on the Agoda website! It was rather squeezy and cramped for 4 people with minimal space to move around! Had to frequently open and close the luggages for more space! They squeezed four single beds into an originally 2-single bedder room (They only had 2 cushion headboards for 2 proper single beds and the other 2 were just extra beds with wheels). Our room had a malfunctioned air conditioning system and we had to call them a few times before they came up to verify the air conditioning issue before offering to change our room! The views of Mount Fuji were good from the room (we could see a clear unblocked view of Mout Fuji in the morning). The onsen facility was good too except that the entrances to each gender's onsen room could have better security (The entrances were just 2 half length curtains covering only the top half which anyone can just walk in freely). The hotel's front entrance was only accessible by 2 flights of stairs which is inaccessible for my elderly parents (The other alternative pathway was around the hotel at the back nearer to the car park which we wouldn't have known as it was not easy to find because we were on foot and checked-in after sunset)! Overall the hotel is still good however if you are staying as group of 4 people, I would recommend that you book 2 separate twin bed rooms!

    It was clean, we enjoyed the onsen which was clean and the breakfast was great.

    Clean hotel, with a decent view of Mt Fuji from the room. But far away from the station and walking with suitcases was not that easy. Family Room was small and for longer stays, it will be difficult. Staff were great and Kudos to them!
