    Location wise, it is strategic and very good. Near to public transport, near Fuji Q Highlands, restaurants and convenient stores (Family Mart and 7 Eleven). And the view of Mt Fuji from your room is stunning and magnificent. See shared photos.

    The hotel is located at the main road with ample parking space. There are 2 convenient stores in front of the hotel and many restaurant within walking distance. The room is big and clean. The hotel service is good. I forgot to request for room that have Mt. Fuji view. Didn't manage to try the onsen. By the way, mine is a twin sharing room.

    The hotel is a little far from the train station Upon calling the hotel and requesting for the shuttle to hotel from station, they mentioned they do not provide one. It would be great if a shuttle was available. The hotel has an onsen which runs for women and men at different types due to its capacity. There is no restaurant but there is a Lawson and family mart just outside the hotel. Plus there are few good restaurants around. The staff does not understand much English so had to always use translator for any requests. The best part of the hotel was the Mt. Fuji view from room as well as just behind the hotel.

    We stayed in a room where the area are being repaired and alot of sawdust. I wasnt able to sleep because of my asthma attack
