    Every outlet and staff needs to understand there internal policy and processes to ensure the their guest down suffer down the line with a poor treatment and in handling guest. I paid full-board but I was treated like not entitled to. Very disappointing experience! This is not a hotel I can recommend if you are looking for a hospitable hotel where you will be treated right and with “respect”. My experience with full-board is -1 of o5 where 5 is highest. They dont have a clear understanding with their policy and timing and I suffered unfair treatment, embarrassment and disrespected. Though the management apologized to me before leaving but the experience in this hotel was bad. We just wanted to celebrated my fiancé’s birthday peacefully but did not expected bad experienced at all!
