The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent service, and professional staff. The facilities are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is luxurious. The location is convenient and the breakfast selection was very good.
The main drawback was the traffic congestion around the hotel, especially late at night and on weekends. Due to the nightlife in same hotel, arriving at the hotel after midnight can be very challenging. On some occasions, traffic was extremely heavy and access to the hotel took a significant amount of time. Guests arriving late should plan accordingly.

Hilton al Habtoor is in a great location
Since my last visit in 2023 two years ago the property definitely deteriorated significantly and was disappointing.
The rooms in general just seems old and neglected.
