Excellent location, and the room was very comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. The overall experience was pleasant, and the hotel atmosphere was elegant and relaxing
The hotel’s location, elegant design, and room comfort were truly excellent, and the cleanliness standards were very good. However, the service was noticeably slow, which affected the overall stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was below expectations in terms of quality, presentation, and attention to detail. In addition, the elevators seemed to require maintenance, as their condition did not match the overall luxury standard of the hotel. I also felt that the attitude of some staff members was not always welcoming or consistent, which at times gave the impression of unequal treatment compared to other guests.
