We booked a standard room and got luckily upgraded to deluxe room. Its close to the city so its very convenient. We went there via CCLEX . When we arrived, there was a refreshing complementary 4 season drink. We got 4 sine we booked 2 rooms. The kids love their playground. Don't expect for Tambuli like or solea like facilities but I love how quiet the place is. Less crowd. They have 3 pools and we nejoyed the infinity pool a lot. The rooms are huge with large Lanai/ patio and a bath tub . The maintenance guy was very helpful . Value for money because it already includes a breakfast buffet for 2 each room. We enjoyed the breakfast with really nice view of the beach.

We stayed in two Family Suite rooms during our visit. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing compared with our previous stay at the resort a few years ago, when we found it to be a great place for families. During our stay, we were primarily assisted by interns, and we did not encounter regular staff members who could properly address some of our concerns. Several of the pools were also unavailable, which was disappointing given that the resort is known for its facilities. We also experienced slow water flow in our rooms, while the room phones were not working, making it impossible to contact room service or the front desk directly from the room. What concerned us most was hearing from one of the interns that some facilities were no longer available because of a lack of attention from management. I hope this is not an accurate reflection of the resort's current direction, because it would be unfortunate to see a property that was once so enjoyable decline in terms of maintenance and service. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in the upkeep of the facilities, staffing, and overall guest experience. The resort has a lot of potential, and based on how much we enjoyed our first stay years ago, we would genuinely like to see it return to the standard it once had.

I would never recommend booking this hotel. The place is terrible, and the pictures posted on Agoda are very misleading. The actual experience was far from what we expected. The hotel is too old and poorly maintained. There were ants inside our room, and the air conditioner was very old and seemed to lack proper cleaning and maintenance. It was extremely hot from noon until the afternoon, making it difficult to feel comfortable in the room. The breakfast was advertised as a buffet, but it turned out not to be what we expected. The food was terrible and definitely not worth it. Even the food for kids was overpriced. ₱260 for bacon? Seriously? The entire place was poorly maintained, including the dirty swimming pool. The atmosphere felt so lifeless that even though we wanted to relax and enjoy our stay, the experience was far from fun. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we ended up feeling disappointed. What made it even more ridiculous was that the staff seemed proud of upgrading our room to an ocean-view room. But honestly, the view was terrible. 😅🤣 An ocean-view upgrade sounds nice, but it means nothing if the view itself is disappointing. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. The actual condition of the property does not match the pictures advertised on Agoda. The facilities, cleanliness, food, and overall experience were not worth the money we paid. Save your money and look for a better place to stay. I would never book this hotel again!
