We have actually stayed at this hotel since July 14, 2026 - and still staying here in the same room on August 7, mainly for practical reasons but also because the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room is clean, service is good and through Agoda we have a good price.
Still we want to point at the fact that this hotel has no power backup in case of power cuts, which can happen at any time especially during the rainy season, which we experienced a couple times here. The first time it was after dark and 4 hours in complete darkness (no aircon, no internet and even the cellphone signals were off). We felt sorry for the staff because it is a stressing situation for then as well when all contact with the world disappears so abruptly.
This is of course a matter for Reddoorz management to deal with. There was no number to call (and no service anyway) but after we got back electricity we sent emails to Agoda as well as to the hotel management but we never to this day got any call or other form of response from either. So maybe they don't feel it is important enough for them. But for the safety of your staff and customers alike it should be important. The solution is available - only a power generator away. Or at least some candle lights and a battery backup for the internet router...

Excellent stay – highly recommended!
I had a wonderful experience staying at RedDoorz near Camella. The staff truly made my stay memorable.
A special shoutout to Jonna at the front desk, who was incredibly accommodating and friendly right from the start. Also, a big thanks to Jobert on the night duty for being so helpful and attentive.
The excellent service from the team makes a huge difference, and I will surely return there on my next visit!

Staffs are great and the room is fine with good ventilation and wide space.
The bed is good but has no actual blanket only a duvet cover.
The location was suitable for us cause it's near to our next destination.
Food is available outside right next to the hotel is cheap, local and tasty.

I request upper room, with kettle but they give me ground floor but its ok, I understand. upon check in I notice that appliances are not working the refrigerator is smelly and broken, the TV is not working. The aircondition is good but sometimes the remote is not working properly. most of the facilities are rusty, the sink is soo rusty, and not cleaned as well as, unsanitized . I also need to go to the reception to ask for a rug, since there's no rug provided and kettle as well. I checked the window but it cannot be locked. Still the bed is ok, but its a little bit noisy when you lie down bec its a spring bed.
Over all its ok.
But they need to renovate and change some of the appliances bec it was stated in the website but upon arrival its not working.
