    Bad service I even had, the elevator is broken while I stayed at 4th floor with 2 big luggages, one staff said will help me carry on but when the next day another staff said it doesn’t his work. So I had to took them down myself. So much disappointed and angry. They don’t fix the elevator for 8 nights I was staying. The room is so tiny and no windows.

    We had all the right services in terms of bike rentals, water downstairs and the rooms AC is great. Very good for a trip and provides great value for money.

    The hotel has a great location, surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. It is also easy to reach the city center by tram or metro, and the area gives you a nice feeling of the local Amsterdam atmosphere. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small, but it is a good budget hotel with everything needed: TV, hair dryer, good air conditioning, and it was generally clean and comfortable. Just two points to consider: there is no daily room cleaning service (only towel replacement), and the room size is limited. Other than that, everything was very good and I enjoyed my stay.
