Yufuin Onsen Yufuin Kotobuki Hananosho

Clean and spacious room with excellent mountain view. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Hot spring baths were of good condition. Close to attractions, transports and lot of dining options. Parking was free and convenient. The main minor issue was that the door close between 12 midnight and 6am. Whoever like to stay late outside would better be aware of this. However, these was not much to do after midnight in that area, so it is not that bad.

This is my first time live in hot spring hotel. It is pretty good though. Since it was their scheduled closing day, I couldn't leave my luggage there.

Excellent service, good place, very convenience between Yufuin satation. Have some good and traditational shop at that side The food quality is excellent

The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the check-in process was fast and smooth. The room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the hot spring, which was relaxing, and the Japanese garden, which was beautifully maintained and added to the atmosphere. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I will definitely visit again next time.
