Not far from train station & bus terminal (around 5 min walks). Staffs are very friendly and can speak English (also with 3 cats). If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage there first and come back for check-in later. Futon (Japanese-style bed) is very comfortable. Bathroom is standard. They have free onsen available for guests to use separating into 3 types: male only, female only and private which each room can book for 40 minutes daily. They also have space that we can enjoy our meal in case we buy some foods from the convenient store. They also have ice-making machine and drinking machine (drinking water, coffee, green tea, soft drink etc - hot and cold) available for free. There are also kitchen rooms on each floor that you can use anytime to prepare your food. In the kitchen, there are microwave, plates, bowl, knife, utencil, washing station (with sponge & dish washing liquid) as well as fridge to keep your food.

Nothing for me. But for elderly with big luggages, be careful as there is no lift to go up. You have to carry the luggage through the stair.

How about an elevator?

The free private onsens, the space at the back of the room with the table for dining.

Price is too high compared to the service and place. It’s like a medium low hotel but with price of 4 stars. Few rooms but the service is poor like a cheap mass hotel
