老闆人非常好，我們在要入住前，提前用信件跟我們溝通，因為我們是帶長輩自由行，所以有詢問老闆能否接送我們，老闆很親切的答應，服務真的超棒。飯店是日本風格的溫泉旅館，我們大家都非常喜愛，尤其是榻榻米，我媽說她好像回到小時候的感覺。飯店乾淨整潔，溫泉也非常舒適，好喜歡這個地方，謝謝老闆。

There is a common room with free tea bags and water boiler. We knew that there will be no breakfast so we bought some breakfast sweets the day before.

I've been to several ryokans before. They tend to be luxurious, you feel pampered and it's usually a unique experience. I thought this one would be a ryokan (perhaps I was not paying attention), but it's not a ryokan. It used to be one in the past, perhaps. Now it feels like something in between a ryokan and a hostel, with a steep price tag. The only staff is a man and his son. It looks like they are doing their best to run the place, at a low budget, with a minimum of repairs. In the shared bathroom, the hatch is deformed and one has to apply considerable force to use it. There are water pipes scotched with white tape. In our room (Family room for 3), the door was not oiled - squeaking horribly, and there was a strange smell. As to the onsen, if you've been to any real onsen ryokan (like in Kurokawa) it's not even close. Even Dormy Inns have better onsens. There is only private onsen, no public one, and one has to reserve the onsen spot when you arrive. The water is not particularly mineralized.
