We love that there's private indoor and outdoor onsen.
Location is very near to attractions like Lake Kinrinko and the Yufuin Floral Village.
the road down to the property is stressful especially on a rainy day. the small road to the property is very narrow and steep (super steep)

- well equipped kitchen for light cooking.

- if you are driving a big car e.g Honda Odyssey, the car cannot be parked next to the accommodation. It has to be parked in a car park some distance from the house. So need to pack light. Parking at the recommended carpark is 400 yen per entry.
- there is only 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. If one is sleeping in the living room, one will have to walk past the bed room to access the toilet.

The room 203 was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a dining room and inside and outside private onsen. The room plan was like an old ryokan with alll facilities you need. The private onsens were clean and big enough for 2-3 people. Some dust on the lamps and windows, but it wasn't a big deal. Kinrin Lake was beautiful when there were no people in the morning. Walking along the waterway in Yufuin in the monring was enjoyable.
We circled around several times to reach the place. The road in the area was narrow. You should set your google map at Tenso Shrine (near Kinrin Lake). You can reach the place by driving down the small road near Tenso Shrine. Watched out for the tourists!
