Yufuin Onsen Yufuin Kotobuki Hananosho

Clean and spacious room with excellent mountain view. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Hot spring baths were of good condition. Close to attractions, transports and lot of dining options. Parking was free and convenient. The main minor issue was that the door close between 12 midnight and 6am. Whoever like to stay late outside would better be aware of this. However, these was not much to do after midnight in that area, so it is not that bad.

This is my first time live in hot spring hotel. It is pretty good though. Since it was their scheduled closing day, I couldn't leave my luggage there.

Excellent service, good place, very convenience between Yufuin satation. Have some good and traditational shop at that side The food quality is excellent

Hotel is located to the right of Yufuin station. Takes about 5-10 mins walk. Hotel lobby has good ambience. Room was adequately big and well placed. Front desk staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Ryokan style mattress which was too thin to sleep on. Staff will setup before bedtime. Care to ask if extra pillows are chargeable. Room amenities were standard Japanese. Need to be ready to check out at 10am sharp as cleaners are at your door.
