地理位置：道路旁边，容易找到，楼下前院是房主兼店主的咖啡店，喝到了客主亲自调制的欢迎咖啡温馨的家庭式氛围。店主会英文，而且是兼登山导游、摄影师，听他介绍周边火山的分配情况和登山路线、季节的推荐，立刻就能产生再来一次的冲动，喜欢登山和摄影的朋友不可错过这个小屋。店主对当地的历史文化由来有很深的见解，让我不仅了解到别府与由布院的异同，也了解到了店主让我们去隔壁“健康的温泉”（类似市民温泉澡堂）泡澡的初衷：由于温泉水质含丰富的矿物质，容易造成家里管道堵塞，维护起来很麻烦，所以当地的居民更多的是不在家里泡温泉，而是去市民温泉澡堂。在这里不仅可以泡温泉，还可以跟乡亲们聊天，我感觉很有一点像我们四川人民的茶馆（笑😄），总之，我很享受这种有地元生活气息的旅行，也很感谢店主的用心，给我们旅行的最后一站划上了完满的句号，如果有机会再去，我一定还会住这间小屋。ps：如果是家人或亲友，这里住六人是没问题的。厨房用品一应俱全，可在附近永旺超市购买各种上品生鲜，自己料理，美味且实惠。
